The hotel is situated in a convenient location, just a short walk away from Gaisano Grand Mall Moalboal and the local market. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a wardrobe and seating area where I could relax. I loved that the hotel provided complimentary drinking water and a cup of hot coffee every day. The presence of a children's playhouse at the property was a great bonus, keeping the little ones entertained. The staff at the hotel were efficient and helpful, providing dry cleaning/laundry services and ensuring the 24-hour front desk was always attended to.

The room could have been better insulated as it was warmer inside than outside, despite having the fan on full blast.

I came here for 1 night and had a quite comfortable stay. Stayed here for snorkeling, everything was amazing, I loved marvellous location down to white beach or Panagsama beach.

Every detail of the hotel was amazing, all the staff were very helpful and super-friendly. The room was reasonably large and cheap and offered with the fan, Kitchen plus good a/c. The location of the venue was good and perfect - at a medium distance from a huge mall. This hotel met expectations in every way, totally recommend...

The rooms were tidy and absolutely perfect, were equipped with good a/c and kitchenette, for example. The location was great and favourable, not too far away from Moalboal Public Market. The staff was lovely from my arrival up until I left.

The indoor playhouse was a hit with the little ones, keeping them entertained for hours. They loved the interactive games, slides, and ball pit. It was a safe and fun environment for them to run around and make new friends. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring the kids were always having a great time. We highly recommend this hotel for families with young children!

For dads, it would be great to have a designated area with comfortable seating near the indoor playhouse. This way, we could relax and enjoy watching our kids play while still being close by.

Despite being a bit far from the beach and the tourist area, it's actually a good thing as it provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I also enjoyed having breakfast on bamboo tables with fans, which added a nice touch to the experience.

We stayed at Mj's Residences for a week and loved our Double Room with Kitchen. It felt more like an apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen and a private outdoor seating area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, with a supermarket, McDonald's, and restaurants within walking distance. The bamboo bunk beds were a unique touch, and the cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the added security of the fenced-off seating area.

The shared bathrooms were not up to the mark and did not offer hot water which made it difficult to shower comfortably. Further, the rooms were not ventilated well, which made it quite stuffy and uncomfortable to relax in.
